Erika Heck is the founder of AllWays Behavior Consulting, where her passion for helping others is at the heart of everything she does. Over the years, Erika has worked closely with individuals and families navigating a wide range of behavioral challenges, gaining firsthand insight into how meaningful, compassionate support can truly change lives. She believes that progress looks different for everyone—and that there are always multiple paths forward. This belief is what inspired the name “AllWays.”

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in both North Dakota and Minnesota, Erika brings over a decade of experience across a variety of roles within the field. She earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota–Morris and her MS in Special Education, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of North Dakota.

Erika has received specialized training in Skills-Based Treatment, Behavioral Gerontology, the Self-Match System, and Accept, Identify, Move (AIM). Her clinical expertise includes supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and aging populations—reflecting her strong commitment to serving individuals across the lifespan.

Through her work, Erika focuses on meeting people where they are, building practical and meaningful skills, and creating lasting change that carries into everyday life. She is known as a collaborative and empathetic clinician who values strong partnerships with families, caregivers, and communities. Her approach emphasizes well-rounded treatment, clear communication, and a deep understanding of each individual’s unique needs.
